Description

JONSEN SG 1030 JS+D deburring and finishing machine available in used condition. Brand new suction style conveyor belt being installed along with replacement of all necessary parts to return this machine to "like new" condition.

Application
-Dry operation
-Dual workstations: 1 wide abrasive belt head and 1 oscillating disk brush stations
-General surface sanding, deburring, and edge rounding

Workstation 1: wide abrasive belt head (JS)
-Diameter of the contact roller is 185mm (7.28”) standard
-Photo-electrical controlled abrasive belt tracking
-Oscillating air cylinder for automatic abrasive belt tracking
-Safety limit switches are equipped on both ends of the belt
-Wide abrasive belt size: W1030mm x L1900mm (W40.5” x L74.8”)
-Main driving motor: 11 KW. Linear speed: 12m/s fix speed.
-Pneumatic disk brake on main motor for 5 seconds emergency stop

Conveyor -Standard rubberized belt type
-Frequency inverter-controlled motor. Feeding speed 2-9 m/min (6.5-29.5 ft/min)
Conveyor bed lifting -M15s controlled motorized four-pillar synchronized elevator mechanism with hand wheel for fine adjustment.
-Patented external jack screws are mounted.
-Magnetic railing sensor for work piece thickness calibration.
