Workstation Overview
The JONSEN SB1000-3TB is equipped with a total of 3 cross belt work stations:
- 2 sets of horizontally arranged de-slagging cross belt stations, each one rotates in opposite direction for a better de-slagging performance and efficiency
- 1 horizontally arranged abrasive cross belt station, for further part cleaning and edge rounding
Workstation 1 & 2: Horizontally Arranged De-Slagging Cross Belt Station
- Patented horizontally arranged cross belt station using de-slagging blocks for efficient slag knock off/removal
- Horizontally arranged, carousel type, work pieces to get to pass through the cross belt twice, high efficiency
- Motorized compensation for de-slagging pin wear: lift range of total adjustment 30mm
Workstation 3: Horizontally Arranged Abrasive Cross Belt Station
- Patented horizontally arranged abrasive cross belt station using abrasive blocks for efficient further parts cleaning and edge rounding
- Horizontally arranged, carousel type, work pieces pass through the cross belt twice for high efficiency
- Motorized compensation for abrasive wear: 30mm lift range of total adjustment
- Various types of abrasive blocks available for specific applications
Application
- Overall: De-slagging and edge rounding of plasma, high power laser, flame (oxy-fuel) cutting parts
- Dual de-slagging workstations: pin block type cross belt stations for heavy slag knock off/removal
- Follow up abrasive cross belt station further cleans parts and rounds edges
- Electro-magnetic conveyor bed accommodates small ferrous parts. Magnetic field can be turned on/off

- Frequency inverter controlled motor. Feeding speed 1-5 m/min

- Air pressure regulator is located on the bottom portion of the frame
Warranty
One year free parts warranty (6 months for rubberized rollers and rubber conveyor belts) provided by AME and Jonsen. AME and Jonsen will provide free parts only during warranty period.
Consumables are not covered under warranty. Machine breakdown caused by improper modification, use of improper aftermarket consumables, or lack of maintenance will void the warranty.
