Description

Application

-Wide abrasive belt head (G) for general deburring, surface sanding, and finishing

-Planetary abrasive barrel station (P) for deburring and edge rounding of parts coming off laser cutting/stamping/punching/shearing/waterjet machines with sharp edges and minor-moderate burrs

-Second wide abrasive belt head (G) for recreating the straight line graining back to the part surface

-The polishing barrel (B) for final surface and edge smoothening

-Each work station can be used individually or together

-Vacuum table with sticky conveyor belt to process small parts

-Targeting on both inner and outer edge contours, holes, and slots

-Capable of processing laser cut parts with laser film using P workstation only (keeping the surface finish under the laser film)

-Capable of processing minor profiled (formed) parts using P workstation only

 

Work station 1, 3: Wide abrasive belt head (G)

-Diameter of the contact roller is 130mm (5.12”) standard

-Photo-electrical sensor controlled abrasive belt tracking

-Oscillating air cylinder for automatic abrasive belt tracking

-Safety limit switches are equipped on both ends of the belt

-Abrasive belt size: W1030 mm x L1900 mm (W40.5” x 74.8”)

-Main driving motor: 7.5 KW. Linear speed: 12m/s fix speed.

-Pneumatic disk brake on main motor for 5 seconds emergency stop

-The first wide abrasive belt head‘s main contact roller is equipped

with pneumatic micro height adjustment of 3 mm to accommodate

different belt grit size and micro pressure adjustment.

-The second wide abrasive belt head is fixed height, “datum”.

 

Work station 2: Planetary abrasive barrels (P)

-Speed of self rotation: 100-1300 rpm (variable speed)

-Each adjacent abrasive barrel rotates in opposite direction

Conveyor -Full width perforated vacuum conveyor belt.

-Multiple air nozzles equipped inside the conveyor table vacuum chamber to create periodical compressed air pulses to prevent metal particle deposit.

-Motorized four-pillar synchronized elevator mechanism with hand wheel for fine adjustment.

-Machine opening: 80mm (3.14”)

-Patented external jack screws are mounted.

-Magnetic railing sensor for work piece thickness calibration.
